Our goal is to exceed 18% AAR. Please refer to all of the required SEC disclaimers in your operating agreements.
How long will my investment capital be tied up?
The current business model calls for 3-5 years, with most of the initial investment being returned in a dividend around year 3 and the property being sold at year 5. However, business models can evolve, and there may be an option to refinance at year 3 and build another 3-4 units on the property instead of issuing a large dividend. At that time, we will seek guidance from the member investors to make that decision.
